2015 Domaine Jean Royer Chateauneuf Du Pape “Cuvée Tradition” & Ella singing some standards to a wonderfully receptive audience on the record and here at home. Classy across the board this evening. This wine is fanastic. Plenty of dried black fruit on the palate & fresh herbs on the nose. Really opens up beautifully.
