Pretty tasty stuff - and yes, I'm definitely on a Chablis kick. Zesty lemon-lime, hazelnut spread (yeah, like Nutella.. Weird, I know), and butterscotch on the nose. A touch more extracted than other renditions of Chablis, but the minerality really drives through the finish. Nice bottle.

My first Chablis! Notes of honey, grape and pear on the nose, honey, lemon, apple and a little minerality on the palate with a medium plus body. Round character and a really lovely wine!
