Fantastic bottle of Macon. Mineral as all can be with real density, sap, weight and precision. Compelling. Nose is meyer lemon and so saline. Palate has uncanny finesse. Outrageous fruit and concentration. So dense and fine. Terrific on day 2. Rounded, but still has that piercing minerality and density. Long, tangy finish and the nose has a honeyed quality along wirh an intense mineral/floral thing.

Some oak on open. Needs a decant. 30 minutes minimum. Still. Tastes important / expensive.

Nose: white and yellow flowers. Not as great as the 21 after 30 minutes.

Palate: complex isa subtle way. Green apple. Lemon. Mineral. Exquisite balance.

Long and persistent.
