Nose - super clean slate and hay scent. Flavors - lemon, lime, pineapple but with a mineral backbone. Just enough zip of acid to not make it sweet. It’s not super complex though, very linear from the front of the sip to the finish. Love the fruit but with a more dry mineral note. Good with shrimp gumbo!
