Lovely! Baked pears, vanillla nose …. dry and crispy, great acid — 4 days ago
Olivier’s craft is impeccable, even in Bourgogne.
Slightly sour Meyer lemons, lime zest, ripe pineapple flesh, green melons, cream, caramel & butterscotch notes, sea spray, oysters, volcanic minerals, shade of mushroom, sea fossils, some ginger, yellow flowers/lilies with greens, round vicious acidity, good balance, well knitted & elegant finish that lasts 90 seconds and long sets on minerals & spice.

Racy with citrus, green apple & mineral — 9 days ago
Bright ruby color. Aromas of red and black berries, currants, black pepper and baking spices. Flavors of red and black cherry/currant/raspberry fruit, black licorice, and all those spices. Pleasantly earthy and nicely balanced. Mouth filling structure and soft/elegant tannins. Very reasonable. — a month ago

Medium lemon yellow , some development . On the nose this is still quite fresh , with some yellow fruits , white peach, white flowers, red apple , creamy lemon curd . On the palate this is quite rounded with touch of smoky lemon curd, lightly buttery and white peach . Balanced acidity , but not the brightest , and ok length , quite rounded but balanced . Good now and over the next few years . Impressive for a basic Bourgogne Blanc , especially from 2011. — 2 months ago

My first of the 2023’s. Really spectacular. Pours a medium yellow with some viscosity. On the nose such purity. Lemon pith, white flowers, mixed citrus, high toned and pure, the palate is silky like crème brûlée but with a lightness; beautiful oak framing. I think I’m a Brissett junky. The winemaking highlights everything I love about Chardonnay. @Lyle Fass — 2 days ago
