Domaine Morey-Coffinet
Morgeot Fairendes Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Chardonnay

2013 vintage. Decanted and tasted at room temps 1.5 and 2.5 hours after said decant. No sed. Golden, honeyed, mead nose and flavors along with a splash of incidental and transient citrus baggage. Rays of acidic sunshine still (surprisingly) coming through with intensity. Lengthy exeunt. Dayumed delish for a decade+ old white Burg. Can go forth and prosper in this stead for approx 4-5 years. 03.07.25.

Basically what I look for in Chardonnay. Balance of fruit, minerality, Earth, yeast, acidity. Should last for years but delicious now.
