Paired with sage chicken, the nose is all crisp yellow fruits, with notes of yellow apple and some mango rind prominent, though more dry than expected with some cooked fruit notes, pie like. Medium bodied with a pale yellow/gold color. The palate is somewhat creamy, with a lot of the same baked apple cobbler that the nose had, but still somewhat dry, with a lot of energy of the same yellow fruit with some peppery, baked cinnamon pastry, and peach cobbler notes on the long finish.
