Pale lemon Crystal clear. Aromas of Citrus/Lemon. Simple and refreshing with a trace of sweetness but finishes Dry. Very Pure. From half bottle. Tasted another half bottle on 18th February 2018. Notes as above but now picking up a hint of oyster shell.

Delicious Alsace Riesling. The nose hints at tropical fruits (fresh pineapple and papaya), with a core of ripe citrus - flesh, pith and pip - as well as something that calls to mind sandstone. The palate is dry, light to medium bodied and intensely fresh, fruity and even, leading into a long, mouthwatering finish of preserved lemon and grapefruit pith.
