One of my favourite 2007s, and this is my last bottle. And that’s really too bad, it’s still drinking so nicely, still highly enjoyable.

Excellent. Kirsch, concentrated. Not much in the way of tannins. Drink soon.

Not for me. Dull pruny and sweet.

Big and loaded with fruit and garrigue. A touch of heat.

Big, rich and ripe. Almost new world in taste profile. Sweet cherry Grenache fruit. Acids are soft, still has some tannic grip.

Close to perfection. Will stay that way for many more years. Or, it will get even better.

This has the bit the Cos St Jean was missing. Still well integrated but looks to have some more aging potential
