Chablis. Pretty good. Lime, salty, good weight. Some tannins. This will age! 13%. At Wormwood in Northpark/San Diego. The new general manager from Paris who has been there a year is good! Lucas.

Crisp yet smooth. Enjoyed with a salmon appetizer as part of a five-course tasting menu, but could've easily carried the entire meal.

Crisp pear and citrus, with steel edges and mineral water overtones. Well balanced acidity. Wonderful!
