A blend of Clairette, Bourboulenc and Ugni Blanc varieties. Their white develops strong mineral notes on a fresh palate of citrus and citrus blossoms. In the wines youth, a very good pair with turkey on Thanksgiving. After the first year the wine changes and it isn't the same pair with Thanksgiving turkey. 🦃
