Such a baby! Felt like a travesty to drink so young, but this was gorgeous nonetheless.

Very generous red fruit opening to blueberry and bay leaf. Blind it would lead to Italia in a good way.

Spice, smoked & juicy black fruits

Smoky. Hint of spice. Long finish. Slightly lighter than expected, but not light. Cigar box. Very good with Josh‘s pork chops.

Brooding and powerful. Dusty dried black fruit and spice.

Not a solo artist. But sang with duck breast and a stunning cheese course.

Started very forward with some heat. Then after 45mn, it all came together. It became very savory. The nose is mineral and sappy. The palate after showing nyc heat was so balanced and fresh. It is still a big wine (15%) but so easy to drink at the same time with air. Meaty, bloody and savory. I love it. Long life ahead.
