Moderately saturated medium red. Aromas of red berries and spices convey noteworthy soil complexity. Supple and dry on the palate, with redcurrant and spicy oak flavors leading to a suavely tannic finish. Distinctly saltier than the 2015 version. (Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Mar 2017)

Despite its youth, this is some seriously amazing juice. Cherries, cranberries, a little sous-bois. Remarkably well-balanced, too.
