Percristina Barolo Nebbiolo

Cloudy but delicious. Complete. Resolved.

Tannins have melted- earthy and delicate. Lots of oak used here and spice notes

In magnum, imported home to NYC straight from the winery. Tannins like fondue but acidity hovering around for the balance. Sublime & not too demanding...if clearly not that classic.

Rose petal, wet slate, cognac cherry, black olive, brine, iodine, regaliz. Oooooooo. Tannins that just make me want more but say it will age beautifully.

Great juice.

I love Clerico, and 01 is an amazing example. Some say Terrior but it's really magic!
