Medium plus plus acidity, lots of time to age. Needs to breath before drinking. Sweet finish. Cool label. Overall quite amazing!

Oct 28th, 2019Not the best vintage, but still really good. Complex nose with notes of red fruit, rose petals and beeswax. Medium-bodied, fresh, slightly saline. Orange and tangerine notes on the palate. Great chalky texture, high acidity. Reminiscent of Tondonia Rosé
