Decant and pour. Nose: plum, floral, spice, vanilla, sandalwood, nutmeg. Taste: creamy, soft, elegant wine with plum/strawberry, cedar, earth, dark chocolate with a medium finish. Sommelier said this was the Opus One of South America...I chuckled and gave it a shot.
