Albahra Garnacha Tintorera

Dark fruit and subtle but present tannin. Good overall.

First drink since finishing an antibiotic course and awaiting my root canal in a few weeks. This is zippy fresh but has enough of a bass note- it reminds of some of the amphorae matured trepat I’ve tried-so I stay interested. Also doesn’t shout summer wine. Blackberries, & compote, good balance between fruit & dry. Nicely done for about 19$. Jose Pastor importer

High acid grenache but true to varietal and really good with food.

Compact and tight, but with impressive depth of flavor. Ashy, barnyard-y notes integrate with air; this definitely has some “character,” but is ultimately fairly accessible. Tremendous value, and interesting to see where this would go with some age

I guess I learned this is a "fine tannin" maybe? Cherry and leather vibes, a medium body and sweet do I'm alright with - it but not my style

Garancha Tintorera and Moravia-Agria from clay-limestone. Separate fermentations in cement (Garancha) and used barrels (Moravia).
