Big ole heavy bottle for aging. Striking label style. And 92 points! (Wine Enthusiast). Color is deep. Plum skins. Aroma of steak, soil and mulberry juice. Perhaps some wet mountain rocks too. Flavors are good. Classic cassis and plenty of rocks too. Pretty smooth operator. Classic Cal Cab experience. I’ve invested much more than the 6-7 bucks this was at grocery outlet for much less impressive Cabs. Well worth those 92 points.
