100% Chenin Blanc. Medium shiny golden color. Aromas of ripe stone and melon fruit, white flowers and beeswax. Flavors of candied peaches and apricots, cantaloupe and honey. Exceptionally sweet but there is enough acidity to keep the balance in check. Medium-minus body and (though quite clean) finish. More of a dessert-style wine for me, but it will pair well with spicy food.
