Morellino di Scansano

Sangiovese, Alicante and Malvasia Nera in this blend. Coherent at nose and taste, a real red fruit salad in alcohol. Long finish, nicely elegant. Very very good.

An earthy nose. Aromatic with firm tannins, with lots of ripe fruit.

Good, not over powering.

Call me crazy but this is almost as good as a Brunello - for half the money
