Such and amazing cross between old world and new...molasses and fig pudding on the nose, hint of herbs. Hint of herbs from the Cab Franc on the front of the palate with a menthol and sweet black berry blast on the finish. Excellent wine that will age well for another 10plus years. No rush here.

Mocha and spice...everything is nice. 12’s are drinking so good.

Licorice and cloves on the nose with gobs of cherry and plum flavors dominating the palate. Nice minerality. Zero greenness. Tannins are well integrated. A very nice wine.

Remains a sturdy, structured wine. Very expressive. Dark fruit, rich but still a tannic bite.

Looks like this is my 6th rating of this wine. PNP drinking fantastic now. Super silky. Perfectly integrated, very ripe black and blue fruit. Lovely!

At the 30 min decant mark starts to open up that floral cab franc nose. Really lovely cab franc/sauv blend. Super smooth, silky mouthfeel. Holding together perfectly. Dark fruit, bit of charcoal, camphor, lavender. Fruit coming out more with time in the glass. Great wine!

Give it a 30 min decant at least and it sings. Floral nose from this cab franc driven blend with cab sauv. Raspberry, blueberry, mocha. Dense chalky tannins that have softened with age, yet still solidly structured - lot of life left in this wine. Great mouthfeel and nice long finish.

This bottle seemed a bit off. Second night much improved. Red and blue fruit. Great wine.

Sucks beautiful wine! PNP. See what it does over next hour. Gorgeous fruit and smooth earthiness. Smooth tannins. So good right now.
