Our intentions with this Petit Verdot was to make people love PV as much as we do. This 2022 really needed time and maybe looking back we should have waited to release it four years later. But today it’s really good. Proud of the work we have been doing. Hope to continue to make better wines and ciders each year.

Yes, I know I said I was done with this winery, but (a) I really like what they’re doing; (b) I seem to have a higher tolerance for “weird reds” compared to “weird whites”; (c) I used to live on Long Island and I’m super into the wine scene there; and (d) guilt because one of the Floral Terranes guys follows me here and saw my comment last time lol 😬 Anyway, this is splendiferous. Dry, dark chocolate, roasted cherries, cranberry jam, some wood coming through. Love it. From Williston Park ❤️
