Estournelles Saint-Jacques Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Pinot Noir

The style is rich and very extracted, with a dense, thick and spiced mouth. After 15 years it has a more balanced register and less marked by the wood. We would prefer a more elegant register but this is really good stuff.
