Smells like fresh oysters, lemon zest and chalk.. if that makes sense... bubbles are very delicate, wine is very tart with a creamy texture. Hands down my favorite Champagne in the GH Mumm line.

The original low pressure (4.5 atmospheres as opposed to 6) Blanc de Blancs sourced entirely from the Grand Cru of Cramant. The original name was Cremant de Cramant, but now that name is illegal! A great combination of toasty friendliness and high quality back end chalk, dosed at just 6g/l.
