Bruised red delicious apples. — 17 days ago
Wonderful, well made wine of blackberries and currants, that’s starting to feel its age. — a month ago
Let’s talk about the general dichotomy between wine evaluated and wine appreciation. This wine, as a Pinot noir is way too high in alc. does not have the right structure and tannin level. I barely think of it as a Pinot and would never buy it.
However, objectively speaking, it is balanced with smooth and integrated tannins. It’s rich in attractive fruit. It’s highly drinkable. I’ll enjoy another glass. — 3 days ago
Blind you’d think French style Syrah- or maybe Bierzo. Spicy, gamey, meaty earthy black cherries with good acidity. Great wine and value. — 22 days ago
Pomegranate, coffee bean, a touch raw, green with little oak influence. — 8 days ago
Green fig, honeydew melon, Valencia orange, chalky mineral. Slightly green hazy (hint of skin contact?). No oak with a medium body. Wonderful wine and value. — 22 days ago
