Quite light green tinged . Restrained fresh apple peel ,
camomile and sea breeze notes . On the palate quite strict salivating acidity with more green fruits , along with the camomile and mineral , chalky, wet stone element . Quite lean with just a hint of sweetness to balance with ok length. Young but enjoyable for now and the next 5 -8 years or so
