Riesling Brut

Nicely evolved with some waxy notes, (over)ripe lemons, a hint of honey. Fresh.
Balanced & poised, good froth, tiny bubbles. Dried yellow fruit, orange marmelade, short bread and some toasted nut aromas. Rich yet bone dry & quite complex.
Very nice and works with Easter eggs esp. well.
