Thou shalt not doubt Sangiovese. Baked cherries, dried cranberries and bushels of herbs. Basil, thyme, and oregano. A soft touch of balsamic, and a salami pepper. Fantastic!

Singin! I had it on day two when it was nicely unwound. It could have gone another day and still been on point.

nose of black cherry, braised fennel to torn arugula, violets & incense
a core of focused juicy fruit is followed by a cascade of iron rich velvety tannins
was phenomenal w roasted truffle butter chicken and root vegetables
