Vintage 2021 | each time I drink this Gini Soave I am happy. It is beautiful: a good structure, minerality, lots of bitters. This is the first time my teammates recognized the Soave tasted blind. Also: honey, apple, butter, fudge and caramel. Paired the second day with a Thai Panang Curry. Not a great idea, the food was dominant.
