Gooseberries/grapefruit, subtle herbs in the range of tarragon, fine long acids, and very clean. Distinctive of pretty much every SB from NZ. If I ever get back into school, I'm writing a thesis on global consumerism of $20 NZ SBs.🤔 not much jump with age. I feel a slight of saline minerality in this versus a bitter fruity personality. A beautiful wine.
