Loved with shrimp scampi—made with lemon juice, zest, vermouth, fines herbes, fresh garlic ... and the next day with leftovers & Italian bread. Lovely summer wine with minerals and enough richness & humph to pair with seafood. Shrimp, oysters.clams casino?
