Graham Beck
Méthode Cap Classique Brut Rosé
Western Cape, South AfricaNice light silvery salmon color. Intense strawberry, cherry and raspberry aromas and flavors. Hint of purple flowers. Touch of minerality on the finish. Vibrant acidity along with a creamy mousse and texture effervescent bubbles. Quite brisk refreshing! Excellent QPR.

Mar 22nd, 2023I think air must have gotten into the bottle or it may have been stored improperly, because it had a stale, flat (in terms of taste, not carbonation), day old wine taste. Definitely not our cup of tea.
Edit/update: we had a second bottle which turned out absolutely delish, but probably wouldn't repurchase just because there's apparently a chance of getting a bad bottle.
