Bold, in your face flavors of cherries, red currants with an oaky spicy. Short finish and not to many tannins.

My first Australian wine and it is was an excellent foray into the region. Lush fruit and little to no acidity on finish. Definitely a must buy.

Excellent combination of both acidity and fruitiness in the right proportions.

Very easy drinking. Medium plus body and lots of nice fruit without being overly sweet. It's only 5% merlot, so the cab is most of what you taste, but that 5% makes it much smoother than most Cabernets.
