We went to west LA Pastina Italian restaurant for dinner, I shared the wine with the boss, he love it so much, he kept the bottle trying to locate and purchase this wine! It’s really delicious.

Smooth but earthy. As you lift your glass to drink stop right at your lips. There is a scent of olives. Delightful on the tongue dry but soft.

Young but very nice. Evolved beautifully over two hours.Very pure fruit with just the beginnings of tar and earth creeping in. Still tannic on the finish. Will wait at least 2 years to try again.
