Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

First impression was Ok but this was SO much better after having been open for a day meaning I should've decanted. This was quite nice with pronounced fruit, soft tannins and a medium length finish.

That's a ribeye bone on thee from the background. This wine is also fantastic

Solid and kind of basic. Nothing wrong just not memorable and is probably more reflective of the vintage age given I’ve thought more highly of it in the past.

Still our go to vintage for current consumption

Darn nice with prime rib

Light bodied with very ripe, jammy fruit. More reminiscent of Zin than Cabernet.

Very nice 2011. Feel bad for those that have written the vintage off already.
