Always great

Green apple, raisin bread, lemon curd, key lime, brioche, bananas and olives. Firm but tame acid, and so supple. Paired with latkes and honeynut squash soup. Hard to beat at this price point.

A good grower Champagne. Great price too.

Trop sucré à mon goût, belle effervescence, nez noisette, beurre

Solid. Even keel with a very clean finish. Great “house” Champagne to have on hand.

Beautifully layered, impeccably balanced. Floral, fruit-driven. Worth seeking out.

Displaying Pinot Noir on the nose and the palate. Fine bubbles and long lingering finish. This gotta have some old reserve juices in it.
