Medium ruby color with a dark core. Aromas of ripe red fruit, rose petals, oak and baking spices. Flavors of red and black cherry and raspberry fruit, cola and a slight hint of the afore mentioned sweet baking spices. Noticeable oak on the medium-plus finish. Medium-plus (BIG) body and extremely fruit forward. A bit low in acidity (Flat) and lacking the earthiness and elegance that I prefer in a Pinot Noir. Part of the 2025 Capital Grill Generous Pour Program.
