While I'm not completely blown away, I'm definitely enjoying this champagne. For a brut, there's a lot of herbal fruit which isn't abnormal, but certainly unexpected in some thing I expected to be more structure-forward. Add the trademark yeasty funk and this is an easy-going bubbly.
