Delicious Blanc de Blancs. Still fresh!

Bright and spiced, like baking spice with a little green apple. Lees show through with a nice creamy flavour and a long lingering finish like Asian pear or quince. Yum

At the Pyramid Vienne France.

Quite satisfying really.

Hopefully the bottle. Seemed more stylistic though.

Absolutely brilliant in its clarity and mineral presence, this infant needs another few years to unfold, but doubtless the potential is huge here. Lovely, layered and elegant finish revealing truly clever winemaking.
