Structurally well done. Bit too much manipulation and wood influence for my taste.

Premiere Cru Chablis with great typicity, concentration and verve. Enormous value.

Very affordable 1er Cru, more gunflint than limestone. No noticeable oak but lots of lees, smells like sitting near the ocean. I want uni.

Really dug this. Was a great match for oysters and hamachi collar in the market. Hit kinda low and savory for this vintage, and reached purity and peak after an hour. Impressive.
