This was terrific. Nice weight to it with a smoothness I wasn’t expecting. Notes of lemon cream and wet stone, this went down (a little too) easy.

Right amount of acidity, mineral backbone. Crisp green apple in taste with maybe white pepper. Feels young and will achieve tighter citrus flavors with age.
