Jan 3rd, 2021A very nice example of the style. Green apple with the fuzz still on. Lemon. Pervasive through it all is the soft creaminess of the oak. The mouthfeel is substantial, but honestly I could do with even more.

Medium yellow, touches of gold. Apple, citrus notes gave way to pineapple the line it sat. Medium high acid. Dry. Very enjoyable.

Surprised by the acidity of this 2015 compared to other 2015s chablis i tasted from brocard that seemed too ripe. This was just what the doctor ordered !
