Lovely freshness and spice in this one. Thanks to a few years of extra cellartime the abundant levels of fruit and sweetness have been toned down a notch.

Blackcurrants, warm plums, spicebox. Enough acidity to keep it from turning into flabby. Bold and very tasty, albeit a tad short. Nice wine!
