The first bottle of Jerome Balmet got me into Natural wine. Held on to a bottle for two years to see what it would do. It ages in a interesting way. A bit of turpentine like a Jura but opened up it some very soft fruit notes that I remembered. If I aged it again I would decant the wine before drinking. Still love Jerome Balmet wines so much.

Incredible. Drank it slightly chilled, strong tastes of strawberry rhubarb, with a good kick of citrus. I could drink a ton of this wine.
