This is really good. Bordeaux style, nose is more restrained than expected but develops over time. Blackcurrant, soil, thyme, aniseed, lavender and a little bloody tang. Violet colouring with some browning noticeable when swirling. Palate is smooth with good fruit, candy, herbs and some spearmint. The wine throws a light sediment.
