Nice Morgon with just enough age to come into its own. Quite full and dark without being overbearing. Even with a several hour decant the tannins still very much make themselves known. Acid and dark fruit keep this in line overall. Nice pairing with some oven spare ribs at the height of winter. Try again in 3-5 years.
