Awesome stuff. Dry, crisp and fruity. Sushi didn't stand a chance.

Great balance. Drink just slightly under room temp. for best food pairing.

It was listed as the “wine drinkers” sake. I concur. It’s smooth and yummy! The sushi was great here too. And they brought us lots of free samples!

The perfect anytime-sake. Fruity and floral but not too sweet. Crisp, smooth and simply delicious. Leaves nothing to be desired.

This was an extremely well balanced sake. There were notes of melon and some floral overtones, complementing the overall flavor instead of competing for it like you find with other similar brews. Very well done. A solid 9.1
