Beautifully aged Assyrtiko. Impressive mid-palate density with light creaminess and loads of refreshing lift.

Holy Assyrtiko batman. This makes all the other Assyrtiko I have ever tried seem vapid, sorry no offense intended.
Leesy, cheese curds, dried apricots, white lilies and minerals for miles.
Palate attack is beautiful, unctuous yet still snappy, with almost menthol or camphor backnotes, topped by dried apricots and white flowers all bound by intense minerality.

Wow impressive capture Delectable. Copper wire and honeyed fennel and chalk and petrol. Feels aged and somehow luxurious. Nice.

Needs warmer weather & oysters

Excellent Greek White. Definitive notes of Brine add a nice flavor and slight complexity.

Buttery smooth and refreshing... Great white for a hot day

I had my first Assyrtiko at Aldo Sohm Bar (NYC) - it was crisp and very precise. This one is a bit softer with Riesling-like aromas.
