It was couples night out so no reason the wine should be exempt from bringing a partner . The complexity on the nose and palate was exceptional. The texture has evolved to where one thinks they could be drinking grand cru Burgundy. Effortless to drink.

Very bright, fresh. A touch of minerality and sweetness. Precise and delicious. Not sure this will make old bones but great now. With Shepherds pie on the beach a la Jeffrey Archer
