jammy, off-dry, tart first sips. needs to breath and open up to you for a good while. decant. drinks best around 65 degrees i'd say. gets, nutty, bready, floral, yum, but quite a bit of acid to it which throws me off. bf bought the bottle a while ago and we can't remember the cost.

Fascinating. Like a raspberry jam when first opened them as the day wore on more nutty characteristics started to show. It was delicious.
